- Make sure you soak your ear(s) in warm water that has sea salt in it for about 8 to 10 minutes. You should put 2 tea spoons into a shot glass, then fill it up with HOT water. let it sit till it gets a little cooler, then soak your ear in it. What I also found helpful is to add 1 tea spoon of epson salt in the warm sea salt water.
- After your done you should massage your ear(s) with a gauging balm or one of the other oils I mentioned in my last post.
- After about a week or so when your ear(s) feel better, and you can move them around you should take them out and clean your jewelery and your ear(s).
- You should repeat the first 2 steps 3 times a day till your ear(s) are healed.
