Ear Stretching After Care

So now that you've stretched your ear(s) this is what you need to do....

  • Make sure you soak your ear(s) in warm water that has sea salt in it for about 8 to 10 minutes. You should put 2 tea spoons into a shot glass, then fill it up with HOT water. let it sit till it gets a little cooler, then soak your ear in it. What I also found helpful is to add 1 tea spoon of epson salt in the warm sea salt water.
  • After your done you should massage your ear(s) with a gauging balm or one of the other oils I mentioned in my last post.
  • After about a week or so when your ear(s) feel better, and you can move them around you should take them out and clean your jewelery and your ear(s).
  • You should repeat the first 2 steps 3 times a day till your ear(s) are healed.
If your ear(s) get infected DO NOT clean them with rubbing alcohol or peroxide. Those 2 iteams will irritate your infection more and make it worse. If your ear(s) get infected your should leave your plug in or go down a size and soak them in the warm sea salt water and definitely put some epson salt in the water too. You should soak your ear(s) for at least 10 minutes at least 3 times a day. Putting chamomile tea bags on your ear(s) helps too.
